The Newman Family
Kyle and Debbie Newman, lifelong residents of Wisconsin with careers in business and real estate, were not seeking mission work—certainly not in Africa. But in May of 2024, God placed a clear and unmistakable call on their lives that linked them to the people of Bugiri, Uganda.

The connection began unexpectedly through Discipleship Moments, a podcast Kyle and his daughter Nadia had been producing. Through social media tied to the podcast, a message from Uganda arrived—one the Newman's initially resisted. Kyle even experienced a sudden outbreak of hives during this time of hesitation, which led the couple to pray earnestly for clarity. They asked God for a sign, specifically that the connection would mention a need for shoes for the children of Uganda. The very next morning, a video appeared on the Discipleship Moments Instagram page requesting support for children in Uganda in need of shoes. The sign was undeniable.

From that moment forward, God continued opening doors—placing people in their path who offered guidance, comfort, and direction. What began as uncertainty transformed into obedience that led the Newman family—Kyle, Debbie, and their daughters Natalie and Nadia—to Uganda for the first time in March of 2025.

During that first journey, the purpose of their calling was not yet fully revealed. But the joy, peace, and resilience of the children and families in Bugiri made a deep and lasting impact. The Newman's quickly realized how much they shared in common with the people they met: the desire for healthy families, quality education, meaningful work, and a life guided by faith.

As their time in Uganda unfolded, God made His purpose clear. This was not a short‑term connection, but a lasting partnership. God called Kyle and Debbie to walk alongside this community—to help empower children, strengthen families, and support men pursuing biblical manhood. He opened their eyes to opportunities to partner with schools, remove barriers to education, and build pathways for lasting change.

Today, that calling continues to unfold through Made4More—an ongoing mission rooted in obedience, relationship, and the transformative work God began in 2024.
